Order Processing and Shipping

Adrian's Boutique accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, but delays can happen during exceptionally busy seasons. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If we discover that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will fulfill the remaining items from your order, and you will receive an email confirming the items in your order that were processed. You will only be charged for items that are in-stock and processed. If all of the items on your order are out of stock, then your order will be cancelled, your credit card charge will be voided, and a notification email will be sent to you explaining the reason for cancellation.

Shipping and Store Pickups

Adrian's Boutique has FREE SHIPPING for orders of $75 or more and an $9.00 flat rate shipping on all orders of $74.99 or less to the 48 contiguous states. 

We use USPS or UPS for shipping. Delivery times depend on the distance the package must travel and other factors.

Please allow 48 hours for processing, including Buhler store pickups. You will receive an email with shipping information when your package has shipped, or indicating when your package is available for pickup for store pickup options.

We want to be sure you’re satisfied with every purchase from Adrian's Boutique so we offer no-hassle easy returns! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know so we can make it right! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return.

All returns will be for store credit only. 

  • All return packages must be received within 21 days of the date of original purchase. 
  • Please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed upon the arrival of your package. 
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of an Adrian's Boutique store credit which can be used online. 
  • You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your return has been processed, and the amount of credit that has been applied to your account.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error. 
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • EXCEPTIONS: We do not accept returns on holiday, seasonal, jewelry or clearance items.

You cannot return if:

  •  It has been more than 21 days since the original purchase date.
  •  If your purchase was on sale.
  •  If the items you ordered are not in their original unwashed, unworn, & smoke-free condition.
  •  If the original tags are not attached.

Items returned not in compliance with our return policy will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 

Returns - Online Exclusive Items

We are thrilled to be able to offer you almost unlimited access to many of our vendor's warehouse styles and inventory! However, they have a strict 7 day return policy from the time you receive your order. 

If you get an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE item that does not work for you, please give us a CALL here at the store (620-543-6488) and we will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions for (easy) return.

All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.

You must send return back within 7 business days of this submission.

Please CALL rather than send message via email, as we want to have very timely service on these returns.  We will immediately create a RETURN and email you a RA Number along with instructions on how to return.
